Straight answers.
What MachineWatch does, how it connects and how to buy it.
The product
Is MachineWatch a safety system?
MachineWatch monitors configured spaces and conditions and triggers supported responses. It is not a certified safety controller and doesn't replace engineered guarding, safety PLCs or other required controls. It works alongside them.
Does MachineWatch stop machines?
No. MachineWatch can send a shutdown-request signal through a supported output. Your site's engineered control system decides on and performs the machine response.
What can it detect?
People, and supported mobile equipment such as forklifts and loaders, in the spaces you configure. It can combine that with machine state through a machine-active input. Proximity or distance conditions between people and equipment apply only where technically supported and validated.
Which cameras work?
Supported IP cameras, including existing ones where compatible. Compatibility is confirmed for each camera and site during the site review, and supported cameras are supplied only where existing ones can't be used.
Does a green status mean the site is safe?
No. Green means the monitoring system is working: cameras available, compute connected, outputs ready. It tells you MachineWatch is watching, not that the site is safe.
