From passive cameras to active monitoring.

MachineWatch watches the configured spaces around your machinery, responds while an event is happening, and keeps the evidence.

Monitor the spaces that matter.

Machine-aware monitoring

Know when someone enters the machine's space while it is actually running.

  • Conveyors, choppers and processing equipment
  • Access around machinery where operating state matters
  • Fewer nuisance events while the machine is idle
Technical view

Supported person detection, a user-defined zone, a customer-provided machine-active digital input and a conditional rule.

Hazard zone monitoring

Turn an exclusion or restricted area into something that can actually be monitored.

Technical view

Supported person detection, a user-defined polygon zone, a zone entry or presence condition and a configurable event rule.

People and mobile equipment

See interactions in shared aisles, crossings and yards that nobody can watch continuously.

The envelope shown is illustrative. Proximity and distance conditions apply only where technically supported and validated.

Technical view

Supported person detection, supported mobile-equipment detection and a configured spatial relationship using zones and, where technically supported and validated, proximity logic. Configurable event conditions and actions.

Respond while it is happening.

Supported beacons, stack lights and sirens at the machine. Email or SMS where supported. Digital outputs, including a shutdown-request signal to your control system.

The moment is already there when you need it.

Each configured event keeps the seconds before and after it, with the time, camera, rule, severity and response. No searching hours of CCTV.

Show status

Know MachineWatch is actually working, in the portal and at the machine: camera availability, compute health, module heartbeat, and a local active or fault indication.

Cameras you already own

Start with the supported cameras already overlooking the problem. Compatibility is confirmed for each camera and site; a supported camera is added only where one is needed.

Ready for common risks. Advanced Rules go further.

When a template is not enough, combine supported detections, spaces, machine inputs, severity and actions into logic for your site, within the supported rule model.

If

  • A person or supported vehicle is detected
  • It enters or is present in a configured space
  • The machine is active or inactive
  • A bypass or other digital input is set

Then

  • Create an event and set its severity
  • Save the image and a short clip
  • Switch a supported light or siren
  • Set a digital output or shutdown-request signal
  • Send email or SMS where supported

What MachineWatch is, and isn't.

It is

  • Continuous monitoring of the spaces and conditions you configure
  • A way to trigger supported responses while an event is happening
  • A record of each configured event, ready for review

It isn't

  • A certified safety controller or safety PLC
  • A replacement for engineered guarding or other required controls
  • What stops your machine: your control system performs any shutdown
